Diagnostics

Zinsser Analytic offer a complete service for manufacturers of diagnostic kits. We supply quality kit components, together with the equipment required to prepare them - from simple liquid dispensers to complete plate-coating and tube-coating systems.

High quality glass vials are available in volumes from 0.3 ml to 40 ml, with screw or crimp closures, and in clear or amber glass; also with a high recovery base for maximum retrieval of contents (please see the Vials & Bottles section for full product range). We also have our Polyvials^TM, which provide a reliable and leak-proof range of pastic vials from 1.5 ml (with high-recovery base) to 250ml, in natural and black to suit light-sensitive products. Dropper bottles accurately dispense uniform drops, and are also available in natural, white and black, in volumes from 1 ml to 125 ml. Polyvials and Dropper Bottles are available with a range of different coloured caps for easy colour-coding of contents.

Our dispensing systems (Perifill, TraySy X, LISSY),  and Oyster Bay Pump Works' professional plate and tube coating systems for industrial diagnostic kit manufacturing, are made to meet stringent requirements for aseptic filling, GMP, GLP standards, and comply with FDA regulations.
